📅 Booking & Scheduling
•Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Services marked “Quote Required” (e.g., Airbnb turnover, commercial jobs) must be reviewed and confirmed. All bookings are first-come, first-served.
🕓 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours prior at no charge. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a $25 fee.
🔑 Access & Entry
Clients must ensure timely entry. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Delays beyond this may incur a $25–$30 fee. After 15 minutes, a no-show fee of $50 may apply. Please notify us of delays to avoid fees.
🧽 Supplies & Equipment
We provide all cleaning products and pro-grade tools. Notify us of allergies or preferences in advance.
💳 Payment Terms
Residential & one-time clients: Payment is due before service and collected securely during booking.
Commercial or recurring clients: Payment is due after service per agreement.
No cash accepted — online payments only.
🚨 Health & Safety
We follow local safety protocols. Pets must be secured and cleaning areas cleared.
⚠️ Heavily soiled or post-reno areas may require a custom quote.
💲 Transparent Pricing
Rates shown are base prices for light-use homes. Final price may vary by layout, buildup, or condition. Deep cleaning, pet hair, or post-reno work may cost more. We believe in upfront pricing — no surprises.
🏠 Residential Cleaning Policy
Bookings are based on estimated size and condition. If the home requires additional time or heavy cleaning, pricing will be reviewed before we begin. This ensures fairness and keeps expectations clear for everyone.

📍 Move-In/Out: Deep clean for vacant homes – Quote Required
📍 Airbnb: Full turnover incl. beds, trash – Quote Required
📍 Commercial: Based on size/frequency – Quote Required
📍 Add-Ons: Carpet – Spot clean only; Windows – Interior/step-ladder only. Heavy buildup may add cost.
